The SCVS Hospitality & Tourism Management Program proudly partners with leading organizations across Central Florida’s world-class hospitality industry. These strategic partnerships connect students directly with industry professionals and provide access to real-world insight, mentorship, and career-building opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.

Through collaboration with respected organizations such as Orlando North Seminole County, Seminole State College, UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association (CFHLA), and the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA), students gain firsthand exposure to the diverse career pathways within hotels, resorts, theme parks, tourism organizations, restaurants, and event management.

These partnerships allow students to:

• Learn emerging trends shaping the future of hospitality

SCVS is also an active member of the Central Florida Hospitality Academies Advisory Board (CFHAAB), ensuring our curriculum remains aligned with current industry demands and workforce expectations.

The program utilizes the Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTM), Second Edition curriculum, a state-aligned instructional resource designed to support Florida’s hospitality and tourism education standards while preparing students for immediate success in both college and career pathways.
