Technology Requirements

Internet Access and Speed

As long as you have Internet access, you can take courses with SCVS. If you believe that you will qualify for technology assistance (full time students only) please call our office to request a technology hardship application. While it is possible to take courses with dial-up connectivity, it will take a little longer for pages to load. You might want to print a few lessons and work offline. You can then save and upload work when you are finished.

Some courses may have different or additional requirements to the one listed on this page. For specific System Requirements for your course, go to the Material List page in the Course Information tab within the course.
